So refreshing after some of the over complex and non user friendly systems that other registrars have. For example changing name servers for my whole portfolio takes a couple of clicks here but would have taken a whole day at one of the other registrars I use.

  • It took me a while to find a reseller account which suited me down to the ground. I found Heart Internet's features and prices too good to be true and I yeah, I was sceptical. The crazy thing is I took a chance because you offered money back if I wasn't happy. I have not once been disappointed with any aspect of their service. Heart Internet has officially blown me away. The customer service has been sensational and the separate times I needed their help they replied to me within 10 minutes with the answers. I could go on but I cannot praise them enough!

  • I have just moved my domain name into Heart. I have to say it was the quickest and easiest bit of admin I have ever had to do. It seems like you have got this exactly right i.e. quick AND easy! It took 24 hours to get UK2 just to change the TAG whilst it took literaly 5 mins to setup my account with Heart. Based on previous experience with web hosts that is nothing short of amazing.

    The web site is clear and the service superb. A really BIG thank you for making hosting what it should be! I will recommend you to colleagues and friends without hesitation based on this single experience !!! Cheers !!!
